TREE FARM SAFETY

Wear comfortable clothes & shoes...real Christmas trees grow in a natural environment; watch for uneven ground, stumps, reindeer trails, ant beds, and other sites on our farm.

It's fun & easy to cut your own Christmas tree...we will provide you with a saw for cutting your tree or we will assist you if necessary. Bring the whole family, and don't forget your camera, for this will be a special part of your holiday tradition.

Tree farms beautifying Georgia...Christmas tree farms thrive in cities and suburbs, as well as in more traditional rural areas. Christmas tree farms are not only pleasing to the eye, providing beautiful green belts, the growing trees also consume a huge amount of carbon dioxide and reintroduce large quantities of oxygen into the atmosphere, thus cleansing the air we breathe. Berry's Tree Farm has made a conscientious effort over the years to enhance and to preserve the environment, planting trees on barren land to stop erosion and to provide shelter for wildlife.

Christmas trees as a renewable resource...did you know Christmas trees are a crop, and Christmas tree farmers work hard to plant, shape, shear, and cultivate trees for you? The trees are grown for you to harvest and another tree will grow in the same spot where you cut yours. Unlike artificial trees, which are made of petroleum products and deplete precious non-renewable resources, a real Christmas tree is a renewable resource which you can enjoy without fear of harming the environment.

Christmas trees are recyclable...many communities throughout Georgia give their citizens an opportunity to recycle Christmas trees each year.

Have a "Berry" Merry Christmas!
